APCC President Gaurav Gogoi participates in “Raijor Podulit Raijor Congress Abhiyan” in Jorhat

Guwahati, January 7: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President Gaurav Gogoi today participated in the Raijor Podulit Raijor Congress Abhiyan at the Jorhat Press Club. Interacting with representatives of various organisations, Gogoi discussed the issues that should be included in the Congress manifesto for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Along with Gogoi, AICC Secretary Vikas Upadhyay, APCC Working President Roselina Tirkey, senior Congress leader Rajiv Lochan Pegu, APCC General Secretary Udit Bhanu Das, and District Congress President Putul Burhagohain were present.

Following the interaction with organisational representatives, APCC President Gogoi held discussions with office-bearers of the Jorhat District Congress Committee and Block Congress Presidents regarding the party’s position at the booth level and the nature of preparations being undertaken for the 2026 Assembly elections. He also urged party workers to remain vigilant against alleged attempts by the BJP to retain power through vote manipulation.
